I am using windows xp, and have already checked the bottom right of the screen says 100%. I dont know how to change it where I can view the whole screen. There is stuff at bottom and both sides that I can not see. Any suggestions?

You might have your computer set to view in another window. Have you tried maximizing the window by clicking on the square in the top of the window?
