You need an internet connection to utilize Xbox Live...
Maybe you should play with some wooden blocks or a slinky. That's a little easier.
Reply:Unless your friends room is right next to yours i doubt it. Most modems/routers especially wireless ones will only work in a certain area or coming from a specific phone jack.
But don't give up call your internet service provider and ask it can't hurt!
