These are the settings I have setup for utorrent on my netgear router, tell me if there is anything wrong, because according to utorrent it is.
Service Name: Utorrent
Service Type:TCP/UDP
Starting Port: 37691
Ending Port: 40000
Server Ip Address:192.168.1.4
utorrent is in my exception list in windows firewall, so why am i not getting the green light on utorrent? It is also in the exception list in my anti virus and anti spyware.

You have top open ports on your router which has a builtin firewall.
