because i download to much. It's weird for the last 2weeks my connection dies durning the day but at night it's up and running again, or sometimes it's very slow...do you think it's possible cox is limiting my bandwith?

Their servers are probably buisy during the day becuase there are a lot of people using it, but faster during nighttime because no one uses it then.

I think your downloading way to much and might be under FBI investigation. BEcause they know your downloadign too much they think its illegal and will limit your connection so you dont download more while they are investigating you .
