Hi u have asked a nice question.The best broad band connection for u is the Bsnl coz its the safest internet connection to keep your computer away from virus.It has a various plans which shld be selected according to your pocket.It has high speed faster connectivity and more over u ill be having connectivity problems in other net providers.

bsnl is best...but tata indicaom is also good
