SmartBro disconnection request?

is there other fees when you request for disconnection on SmartBro?

im really unsatisfied with the connection speed of my current ISP (SmartBro), that's why i want to disconnect it...
SmartBro disconnection request?
Yes. I assumed that you reside in the Philippines. There is a 1 year locked in period for SmartBro. If you will be breaching the contract, you will have to pay SmartBro the number of months left times 999 pesos. For example your contract starts on January and you want to discontinue the contract on October. Since there two months left you will have to pay 999 times 2 months. In our area, the service is working fine unless you are into online games.

As long as you have completed the lock-in period (usually 1 year), you will not be charged. You will be required to pay the remaining months-worth of charges if you haven't completed the lock-in period. Of course, you will also be asked to pay for any outstanding balance in your account (i.e. unpaid bills)

Request for termination of service should be forwarded to any Smart wireless center. Email or a phone call won't do, you really have to transact personally. Remember to bring 2 valid id's, they are quite strict about this.

Hope this helps.
