We are on a network here at work, everyday I log on to my computer/ntework. All my files are saved on this network, so its a must to sign in to the network. Today I try to log in as usual and I get "username, domain, or password is incorrect." However I can log on to my CPU only and access the internet, but none of my files are saved here. Does anyone know what I can do? I haven't got any luck using our tech support here.

in the login screen you saw 3 box
User name
Password
Domain
first check your caps lock
(try to type user name and password in note pad to check your keyboard,may be your key board is damage)
then check domain , is it the server you connected every day?

Reply:There are two ways to log in to a computer at work: locally and Domain. You describe that you can log in locally but you cannot log into the domain. Your network connection must be working fine since you can access the Internet. To access your files though, you must login to the domain. Assuming everyone else can log in fine, there must be something wrong with the username or password you are typing. Also make sure the domain name is displayed and not your computer name int he "domain" box.
You may have to have your network admin reset your password for you.
