Is this network setup ok?

I am not new to networking but all these cables confuse me. I want to get a new wireless network because the current one is a piece of s***. I want to get a Linksys AM200 and a Linksys WRVS4400N I will connect them with a Cat5e Snagless UTP Patch Cable. I will then connect 1 computer to the router with another of the same cable and connect some others by WiFi. Will this work.
Is this network setup ok?
Yes...you should be able to do that...if you're thinking what I'm thinking. I have a desktop connected via ethernet cable to the router and a laptop connected via WiFi. Works great.
Is this network setup ok?
yes.. i sud work 100% if you simplay use rj 45 cable to connect 1st pc to router n for wireless u need some wireless network adopters on the machines..
Reply:You can do that with just one router. I would not spend the money on two.
Reply:that network setup should work fine.

from the modem_%26gt;ethernet-%26gt;wan port on router-%26gt;ethernet-%26gt;computer

the rest will be connected thru wireless.

just don't try to put multiple routers in line. You can't put 2 routers together, unless you are running multiple subnets. Yet that is a different story, and discussion.
